REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Any sessions / memberships / classes / event / retreats bookings bought by the user either through Website or Web App of YooYogic Wellness Solutions Pvt Ltd. are non-exchangeable & non-transferrable.
  • If the user doesn’t attend or is unable to attend a confirmed booked session due to any reason, the user will still be charged the entire amount.
  • If the user wish to cancel an already booked session, following cancellation fee will be applicable –
    • a. Upto 6 hours before the start of the session – No cancellation Fee
    • b. <6 to 2> hours before the session - 25% of session amount
    • c. 2 to 0 hours before the session - 50% of session amount
  • All cancellation charges are calculated on total price mentioned on the website / web app before the user checks out through a payment gateway.
  • On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes / discount coupons, the cancellation charges are calculated on total price before discount.
  • The Cancellation Policies of the YooYogic is dynamic and may change from time to time. It may change in the interim period of booking and date of session. The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of booking / cancellation of the session by the user will be the applicable policy.
  • In the event of Cancellation, the balance amount shall be credited in your account directly by YooYogic.
  • Refunds shall be made within 8-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • With regards to payments, the platform shall not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions conducted on our YooYogic platform using any payment card or internet banking. The Platform shall not be obligated to refund any money to the user in such instances.
  • In case YooYogic discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for a session / service from the user that the request for services / session is either unauthorized or the information provided by the user or any of them is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by him/ her, YooYogic in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the User(s), including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, YooYogic shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services.
